光伏逆功率保护装置的定值设置(参考)

 

       逆功率保护装置作为自发自用余电不上网光伏、储能、柴油发电、沼气发电等自备电厂供电系统中必不可缺的电气设备,起到了阻止余电上网的作用。一般工工商业光伏中,逆功率保护装置的保护定值都是由设计院或者供电局提供。但是对于小型户用光伏,没有请专业设计院,保护定值该如何设置,今天我们就来给大家提供参考设置。

 

逆功率保护装置工作逻辑

       我们以VIP-95S90N逆功率保护装置为例
 
一、逆功率保护(Reverse Power Protection)
1.逆功率保护-“投”(0:退,1:投);
2.二次有功功率P<逆功率定值;
同时满足以上条件后,装置启动逆功率保护;经I时限延时,出口2J(303/304);若系统仍处于逆功率状态,经II时限延时,出口4J(307/308),若系统仍处于逆功率状态,经III时限延时,出口6J(311/312),同时驱动事故信号继电器7J(313/314),面板事故灯亮,液晶显示动作信息(手动复归,信号继电器、事故灯返回,液晶动作信息清除)。逆功率保护动作后,置位对应段的功率恢复投入标志,液晶状态栏显示HF标志,动作的逻辑框图如1所示:
注1.功率恢复投入标志HF在功率恢复动作后,或检测到闭锁合闸(开入3=1)时置0。

Reverse Power Protection
1. Reverse Power —"ON" (0: OFF, 1: ON);
2. Secondary active power P ≥ Reverse Power Value;
After meeting the above conditions simultaneously, the device will start reverse power protection; Reverse Power I Time, export 2J (303/304); If the system is still in the reverse power state, Reverse Power II Time, the output is 4J (307/308). If the system is still in the reverse power state, Reverse Power III Time, the output is 6J (311/312). At the same time, the accident signal relay 7J (313/314) is driven, the panel accident light is on, and the LCD displays the action information (manual reset, signal relay and accident light return, and the LCD action information is cleared). After the reverse power protection action, the power recovery input flag of the corresponding segment is set, and the LCD status bar displays the HF flag. The logic diagram of the action is shown in Figure 1:
Note 1: The power recovery input flag HF is set to 0 after the power recovery action or when a blocking and closing (input 3=1) is detected.

二、功率恢复(Power Recovery)
1.功率恢复-“投”(0:退,1:投);
2.二次有功功率值P≥功率恢复定值;
3.对应的逆功率保护发生(I路功率恢复对应逆功率I时限,II路对应II时限,III路对应III时限);
4.满足以上条件的持续时间≧功率恢复延时;
同时满足以上四点后,装置功率恢复保护动作;保护立即合闸对应出口,同时驱动事故信号继电器7J(313/314),面板事故灯亮,液晶显示动作信息(手动复归,信号继电器、事故灯返回,液晶动作信息清除)。动作的逻辑框图如2所示:

Power Recovery:
1. Power Recovery —"ON" (0: OFF, 1: ON);
2. The secondary active power value P  ≥  Power Recovery Value;
3. Corresponding reverse power protection occurs (I power recovery corresponds to the reverse power I time limit, II power corresponds to the II time limit, and III power corresponds to the III time limit);
4. The duration of meeting the above conditions is ≥ Power Recovery Time;
After meeting the above four points simultaneously, the device's power recovery protection action will be activated; Immediately close the corresponding outlet for protection, while driving the accident signal relay 7J (313/314), the panel accident light will be on, and the LCD will display the action information (manual reset, signal relay and accident light will return, and the LCD action information will be cleared). The logical block diagram of the action is shown in Figure 2:

逆功率保护装置保护定值设置(参考)

       我们以项目为例,前几天一个自发自用余电不上网的户用光伏,逆变器有3台,分别是50kW、30kW、30kW。我们使用的是VIP-95S90N逆功率保护测控装置。

       逆功率保护跳闸定值一般是使用默认值“2W”。意思是当市电向负荷供电功率二次值低至“2W”时,判定为可能发生逆向功率,装置第一段逆功率保护出口控制切断第一台逆变器。减小发电功率使其小于负荷功率。

       逆功率恢复合闸定值设置为“625W”、“375W”、“375W”。意思是当市电向负荷供电功率二次值高达625W时,控制合上第一台逆变器,并网供电。如果负荷再增大,达到第二段定值时,则控制合上第二台逆变器,以此类推......
